( The sales gallery )
The Bodaiju sales gallery. Bring your doubts
- ( Where )
- ION precinct, Medini, Iskandar Puteri
- ( From Singapore )
- 9 km from the Second Link
- ( A visit )
- About ninety minutes, by appointment
There is a proper sales gallery in Medini and you walk straight into it, so a viewing is not an hour spent staring at a fence. What is still going up is the building itself, and we would rather you knew which half is which before you set out.
Proof, before promise
The gallery sits inside the ION commercial precinct in Medini Zone C, which the developer's Medini affiliate completed before the towers were started. Two of the precinct's blocks hold their Certificates of Completion and Compliance, so you stand in Creed's completed Medini work while Bodaiju goes up next door.

What's there, and what isn't
( What you do see )
- The sales gallery itself, in the ION precinct the developer has already completed
- Two furnished show units, Type B and Type C, that you walk through
- All four layouts, at full size, on the gallery's floor plates
- The towers as they stand today, from the ground
- Today's availability and the current price list, on paper
- The maintenance figures and the sinking fund, per layout
- The foreign-buyer costs written out: stamp duty, state consent, legal
( What is not there yet )
- The show unit's furniture, cabinetry and wardrobes: your own unit is handed over without them
- Inside the towers themselves
- The facilities deck
- The view from your own floor
- A completion date you should treat as a promise
Bring your IC or passport if you would like your foreign-buyer eligibility checked on the spot.
From hello to price list
Visits are by appointment. Start the chat, a person replies, and your time is confirmed with the latest price list and floor plans ready when you arrive. We are a reseller of homes at Bodaiju Residences, and the viewing takes place at the project's own gallery. Doubts are welcome. They are what the paperwork is for.
- ( 1 )
Tell us when
Send a time that suits you. A person answers, not a bot, and the slot is held for you. Weekends and weekday evenings are both fine.
- ( 2 )
Ninety minutes at the gallery
The licence, the SPA draft and the works schedule go on the table before the showflat. The documents take half the visit, and they are the better half.
- ( 3 )
Leave with the numbers
Today's availability and the current price list on paper, the maintenance figures per layout, and the foreign-buyer costs written out.
From Singapore, half a day
The site is about 9 km from the Second Link (Sultan Abu Bakar) checkpoint, and the nearest bus stop is 100 m from the door. A viewing fits in a half-day trip: the gallery, the towers as they stand, and the area in one morning, then you decide with your own eyes.
The towers are on Parcel C11, Jalan Medini Sentral 5, Medini, 79250 Iskandar Puteri. The gallery is in the ION precinct nearby, and we send the exact pin when we confirm your time.
( Questions )
Asked before, answered here
( 1 )Where is the Bodaiju sales gallery?
Inside the ION commercial precinct in Medini Zone C, the precinct the developer completed before starting the towers. The towers themselves are on Parcel C11, Jalan Medini Sentral 5, about 9 km from the Second Link checkpoint. We send the exact pin when we confirm your visit.
( 2 )Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes. Viewings are private and confirmed around your schedule, so that someone is there with today's availability and the current price list when you arrive. Start the chat and a person confirms the time.
( 3 )Can I visit from Singapore and be back the same day?
Comfortably. The gallery is about 9 km from the Second Link checkpoint and a viewing takes about ninety minutes, so the whole trip fits in half a day.
( 4 )Is there a show unit I can walk through?
Yes. Two of the four layouts, Type B at 753 sq ft and Type C at 893 sq ft, are built as furnished show units at the gallery, and you walk through both. What you buy is not that: a unit is handed over tiled throughout, with sanitary ware and the air-conditioning the developer provides, and without kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, a water heater, appliances or furniture. The towers are still under construction, so there is no completed unit inside the building to see, and the other two layouts are shown at full size on the gallery's floor plates.
